Can I upload classes manually?
Of course! Just take a photo of proof of attendance or completion of your CE. Consult your regulating body on acceptable forms of proof.
Can my Agency's requirements be built in?
Yes, we are working with agencies to add and update ECE requirements automatically as our membership grows. Until then, you can add them yourself.
Can I purchase accounts for my entire department?
Yes, but be sure to contact us if there are changes to someone's employment status. That way we can reach out to users so they can switch to a personal account.
How long are my documents kept on file?
As long as your a member your docs will be stored safely in our database. If you cancel your then your documents will be saved for 7 years to satisfy document storage laws.
Can I be a teacher and a student?
Yes! In fact, one of our founders is an active medic with regular CE requirements AND a teacher. She has seen this issue from both sides.
Is this just for paramedics?
This is for anyone who needs CE to maintain certification or license to continue providing service.
Doesn't my learning management platform do this already?
Not exactly. While your LMS tracks the education in the software, it doesn't track all the other education opportunities like conferences and in person classes.
Does this integrate with my learning management platform?
Not yet. But we are working on it.
Con't I track my CE myself?
Yes, but it gets out of hand pretty fast and searching for and gathering everything you need to submit to your state regulators can be a real pain.
